Franziska Kraft
Product Innovation Specialist at enviaM
Franziska Kraft, a Product Innovation Specialist at enviaM, her employer for the last 12 years. She was part of the innovation team which initiated the digital product bundle ‘Mein Strom Digital’ and launched the Energy Happy Hour for enviaM’s customers. Prior to that, Franziska worked for Redbull and Adidas. She has studied Business Administration at the Technological University of Chemnitz and Management & Marketing at the University of West England.
enviaM Group is a regional energy supplier and the leading energy service provider for electricity and gas in East Germany founded in 2002. It belongs to E.ON Germany and it supplies more than 1,3 million customers with electricity, gas, heating and energy- related services. As one of the first providers, the enviaM Group together with E.ON launched a fully digital energy service in 2018 called iONA aimed for residential customers with a digital electricity meter.
