Challenge

NeN Energia, an EnerTech company that launched digitally during the COVID-19 pandemic, wanted to make their customers aware of their energy consumption. Simultaneously, they aimed to differentiate from traditional energy retailers and maintain a green approach.

Solution

With the help of NET2GRID, NeN Energia launched an innovative service to raise energy awareness among customers. Il Robo, a device installed in fuse boxes, measured energy consumption at home on appliance level. Through energy disaggregation and energy insights, NeN Energia’s customers were offered personal recommendations and tips.
